IEQ Capital LLC is seeking a Senior Associate for the Inorganic Growth team in New York. This role blends sales support, marketing assistance, relationship development, and business process management in a high-growth setting.

You will help source and diligence potential wealth-advisor acquisitions and support the sales cycle. You will collaborate with Human Capital, Marketing, Legal, Finance and other partners to streamline processes and prepare for onboarding new teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years+ wealth management experience or related industry experience.
• Dynamic and flexible with data management, reporting, sales/marketing, and relationship development skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the inorganic growth opportunity pipeline with the Director of Inorganic Growth.
• Assist in sales cycle execution and mutual diligence with advisors.
• Set up and manage home office visits for mutual diligence.
• Document and log information and develop processes for internal use.
• Manage Salesforce records and status items for each team.
