Job summary

OTC Markets Group Inc. is seeking a Lead, Market Insights & Client Success to advance issuer engagement and scale client resources. Hybrid NYC role with collaboration across Sales, Marketing and product teams.

You will analyze issuer and market data to generate actionable intelligence, and develop client-facing research, presentations and education materials to strengthen OTCIQ and related services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investor relations or equity research, including public company experience.
• Strong understanding of public companies, investor expectations and capital markets.
• Strong analytical skills with financial, trading, shareholder or market data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating market topics into insights.
• Experience developing client-facing research, presentations or thought leadership.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and using AI and digital tools.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issuer, trading, shareholder and market data to produce market intelligence and insights.
• Develop issuer education, guidance, presentations and client-facing resources.
• Support issuer journey from onboarding through ongoing client engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Issuer Services, Market Data, Sales and Client Success to strengthen tools and services.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to scale research and content development.
