CubeSmart Self-Storage in Austin, TX is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You'll develop customer relationships, identify storage needs, and guide customers through leasing units with a friendly, high-service approach.

You will perform daily tasks—from showing units and processing payments to inspecting the property and ensuring safety and cleanliness. The role offers daytime hours, potential Sundays off, and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and handling payments.
