Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our Little Rock location. You will help customers find storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing day-to-day activities of a team is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and staff training and development.
