Mini Mall Storage in Louisville, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to combine customer service, sales, and property operations while keeping the facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

Join a fast-growing company with daytime hours, competitive pay, and a full benefits package. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, and help with rentals and payments to ensure smooth site operations daily.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• A background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on occasion.
