Go Store It in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Self-Storage Property Manager to keep facilities secure, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll walk the property, inspect units, perform basic repairs, and assist customers on site.

This full-time role offers steady hours, benefits, and a supportive team. No college degree required; high school diploma and valid driver's license are needed, with training provided to teach the core maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Walk the property every day; look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.
• Follow up on leads and make delinquency calls.

What You’ll Be Doing
