Go Store It is seeking a Self-Storage Property Manager in Richmond, VA to keep the facility clean, secure, and inviting. You’ll walk the property daily, respond to tenant requests, and coordinate basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, or security issues.
• Perform small repairs like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and patching as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, driveways, units, and common areas.
• Turn over units after move-outs, cleaning and preparing for new renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site and provide hands-on support.
• Uphold a neat, safe, and well-maintained property that you’re proud to manage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
