Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC's Go Store It - Self Storage division in Richmond, VA is seeking a Self-Storage Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and customer service at our on-site location.

You will walk the property daily to identify issues, perform minor repairs, keep the facility clean, and prepare units for new tenants. You will also check safety systems and assist customers on-site to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks, or anything off.
• Repair minor items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patchwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Prepare units for new occupants after move-outs; ensure cleanliness.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and provide hands-on support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part.
