Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a Self-Storage Property Manager in Owings Mills, MD to join our team. You will be responsible for daily property upkeep, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a safe, clean, and accessible facility for customers.

You will walk the property daily, perform small repairs, assist customers on-site, and help turn over units after move-outs. We also handle lead follow-ups and delinquency calls while upholding our standards of service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.
• High school graduation or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the property clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and waste runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning.
• Assist customers when they are on-site and need help.
• Maintain property appearance and smooth operation.
• Follow up on leads.
• Make delinquency calls.

Education

What You'll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
