Job summary

Go Store It Management is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate for our Queens, NY location. You will walk the property daily, fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, and help keep units clean and ready for renters.

No college degree is required; a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are needed. PTO eligibility and on-site training are provided to the right candidate.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Assist customers on-site when they need a hand.

What Youll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything thats off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure theyre working.
Help customers when theyre on site and need a hand.
