Go Store It is hiring for a Self-Storage Property Manager in Owings Mills, MD. The role involves daily site walkthroughs, completing minor repairs, and assisting customers on site to keep the facility clean and secure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks, and other anomalies.
• Fix small issues such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic repairs.
• Keep common areas, hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep and prepare for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site and provide hands-on support.
• Maintain a neat, functional property and take pride in the work.
• Follow up on leads and make delinquency calls.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
