Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC's Go Store It - Dallas is seeking a reliable maintenance associate to help keep our self-storage properties clean, secure, and well-maintained.

You’ll perform basic repairs, walk the property daily, assist with tenant-facing tasks, and support operations. No degree required; a valid driver's license and high school diploma are needed; we provide training and tools.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial contact to applicants following interview aid.
• Training new hires following training manually.
• Updating unit status.
• Adjusting rates.
• Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property every day; inspect for trash, damage, lights, leaks.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean across hallways, driveways, units and restrooms.
• Turn over units after move-outs; prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Lend assistance to customers on site as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
