Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate in Lehighton, PA. You’ll walk the property daily, fix minor issues, and help keep the facility safe and clean. This role is on-site with a part-time schedule (8 hours/week) at Lakeside Self Storage.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, and issues.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help on-site customers and maintain an orderly, pride-worthy property.

What You’ll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
