Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for its self-storage facilities in Florida. You will rent units, process payments, upsell moving supplies, and ensure a clean, welcoming property while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements include 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, a High School Diploma or GED, and bilingual Spanish. You must lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals by phone or in person.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing.
• Greet customers professionally and build relationships.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Inspect property and perform lock checks.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
