Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and post payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service and resolve issues.
