Responsibilities include converting inquiries to rentals, maintaining AR, delivering deposits, and assisting in unit sizing. The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with ability to travel and work at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable through payments, postings, and collections.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally; uphold customer-service standards.
• Sell property features and benefits; resolve issues promptly.
