This on-site role requires 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn new applications and POS systems; proficient with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property; inspect for maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
