Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of self-storage facilities in Marietta, GA. You will rent units, drive sales, and coordinate maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong tenant relationships.

Responsibilities include managing collections, deposits, and calls, showing units, upselling insurance and moving services, and ensuring security and cleanliness across the site.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment or recent bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to manage daily tasks and maintain quality customer service.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in-person and phone-based tenant interactions to meet needs.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relationships.
• Manage daily operations: collections, deposits, and calls.
• Show units, upsell merchandise and insurance, schedule moving trucks.
• Assist with auction prep and tenant communications with empathy.
• Maintain curb appeal and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Support team with other duties as assigned.
