Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to join our Dahlonega, GA team. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, driving rentals through consultative selling while maintaining accurate records.

You’ll handle payments, support collections, inspect properties, and ensure cleanliness and safety, all in a supportive, incentive-driven environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
