Mini Mall Storage is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) in Atlanta, GA. This role blends customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers choose storage solutions while keeping facilities safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
