Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Attention to detail in inventory, brand standards, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads via phone, online, and walk-in channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate auctions for unpaid accounts and delinquency in accordance with laws and guidelines.
• Record and reconcile rent payments and financial transactions daily.
• Ensure unit inventory accuracy and brand standards during walkthroughs.
