Prime Group Holdings, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Prime Storage Group properties in New Jersey. You will handle rental transactions, greet customers, upsell moving products, and maintain daily financials.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and driving occupancy across locations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn POS systems.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook is required.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Rent out self-storage units and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and collect payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand and sell property features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues timely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned
