Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC in New York is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group facilities. You will directly handle rentals, customer interactions, and daily store operations.

In this role you will rent units, upsell moving supplies, manage deposits, and ensure cleanliness and safety across locations. A 1–2 year track record in customer-facing work and HS diploma are required; training on POS systems is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to learn new applications and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process daily deposits.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
