Job summary

Prime Storage Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our self-storage facilities. You will handle renting units, upsell moving supplies, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining property appearance.

Responsibilities include converting inquiries to rentals, managing payments and deposits, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. This frontline role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant, customer-facing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Technical savvy with ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance duties and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Rent units and related products and convert inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving supplies and assist in unit sizing.
• Provide prompt, enthusiastic customer service.
• Inspect property and perform lock checks.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance meet standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
