Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm, is looking for an Assistant Manager at Prime Storage Group. You’ll be at the heart of our self-storage facilities, renting units and trucks, selling merchandise, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers, handle daily store operations, and contribute to maintaining clean, safe facilities with accurate accounts and timely deposits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy and able to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals by phone or in person.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
