Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager at Prime Storage Group to oversee frontline self-storage operations. You will rent units, process payments, upsell moving products, and maintain neat, secure facilities while delivering friendly service.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer-facing environment, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Travel to multiple locations may be required; on-site work schedule supports a Tuesday–Saturday pattern.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand and sell property features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain cleanliness and appearance.
