Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group in a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will rent units, process inquiries, and manage daily operations at our self-storage facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Must be able to perform routine maintenance and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Pursue collections and post payments to maintain AR.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Upsell moving supplies and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Explain features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property and facilities.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
