Trojan Storage in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily property operations, rental and collection processes, and ensure the site remains clean and well-maintained.

This role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and independent work with weekend availability. You will interact with customers, promote units, and provide a seamless rental experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation to travel between properties.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, sit, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Weekend availability and ability to work independently.
• Office skills including organizational skills, basic math, writing and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good decision-making.
• Strong customer service orientation and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales goals by promoting units, following up on leads, and garnering reviews.
• Guides customers through the rental process, offers insurance, and conducts site tours.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the property attractive.
• Balances cash drawers, handles payments, and manages daily checklists and inspections.
• Delivers excellent customer service through multi-channel communication and handles complaints.
• Delivers deposits and mail daily and maintains inventory of supplies.
