Urban Self Storage is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Manager to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This part-time role supports daily operations and delivers exceptional customer service, helping create a positive experience for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations of a self-storage facility.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist with organizing and completing daily operational tasks.
• Handle customer accounts, including delinquency actions.
• Tour storage spaces and assist customers through the rental process.
• Manage daily deposits, cash counts, and petty cash.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet occupancy and service goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service via in-person, phone, and email.
