Andasol Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our self-storage property in Mill Creek, WA. You will support day-to-day operations and report to the District Manager, delivering outstanding customer service and managing rental and collection processes.

The role requires independence on site, teamwork with the manager, and a focus on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. Full-time hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer facing role.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift up to 35 lbs.
• Weekend availability.
• Excellent writing, math, and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the properties' sales goals by effectively promoting units and supplies, following up on leads, and garnering positive reviews.
• Guides customers through the rental process, including offering insurance and conducting site tours.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain curb appeal and interior cleanliness.
• Balances cash drawers, handles cash and payments, and conducts daily/monthly checklists and inspections.
• Delivers excellent customer service through multi-channel communication and handles complaints.
• Delivers bank deposits and mail daily and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
