Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in SeaTac, WA to support the Store Manager and drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires teamwork, weekend availability, and flexibility with scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.

You will help manage inventories, coordinate with the success team for online move-ins, and ensure a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility while building a career path within a fast-growing self-storage platform.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Supports Store Manager and acts as backup when needed.
• Customer-focused with a service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identifies maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Operates roll-up doors and may travel to other locations.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in surpassing sales targets for unit rentals and supplies.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to clients to confirm moving dates and unit readiness.
• Help manage past-due tenant accounts and lien/auction paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address needs promptly.
• Conduct daily property inspections for security and upkeep; coordinate upkeep tasks.
