Andasol Management, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant Manager at Trojan Storage in Mill Creek, WA. You will support day-to-day operations, provide outstanding customer service, manage rentals and collections, and help maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will work independently on daily/monthly checklists and assist in overall property operations. Weekend availability is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales goals by promoting units and services, following up on leads, and obtaining reviews.
• Guides customers through the rental process, offers insurance, and conducts site tours.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance to keep the property presentable.
• Balances cash drawers, handles payments, and conducts checks and inspections.
• Delivers excellent customer service through multiple channels and handles complaints.
