Job summary

Trojan Storage is seeking an assistant manager to support daily operations across multiple self-storage locations. You will assist the property manager, handle rental and collection processes, and ensure clean, safe, and customer-friendly properties.

Expect independent work and daily/monthly checklists with hands-on involvement in both inside and outside tasks. You will contribute to sales goals by promoting units, guiding customers through the rental process, and maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation to travel between properties.
• 1 year of experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Ability to stand, sit, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder, and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supports the properties sales goals by promoting units and supplies, following up on leads and garnering reviews.
• Guides customers through the rental process, offering insurance and services, and conducting site tours.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance tasks and maintains curb appeal.
• Balances cash drawers, handles payments, and conducts daily/monthly checklists and inspections.
• Delivers excellent customer service via multi-channel communication and handles complaints.
• Delivers bank deposits and mail daily and maintains inventory of supplies.
