You will process payments, interact with customers to provide an exceptional experience, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently both in-office and on-site at properties.
• Maintain property care, cleaning and daily upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Daily property walk to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash securely.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Assist with marketing and promotion of self-storage solutions.
• Respect schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00AM–6:00PM, weekends as needed.
• Coordinate with district manager and travel 0–10% for training.
• Maintain facility curb appeal and housekeeping to high standards.
