• Oversees end-to-end self-perform work scopes and coordinates with SPW teams and subcontractors.
• Approves procurement of SPW materials and equipment as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with SPW methods.
• Evaluates project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Manages project costs, forecasts, and documentation for financial control.
