Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field and 2–4 years of construction engineering experience; OSHA 30 preferred with completion within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of construction engineering experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing contract drawings, specifications, and submittals for SPW scopes, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project and crew requirements.
• Collaborate with SPW project managers, superintendents, and project teams to resolve standard technical questions related to self-perform scopes of work.
• Monitor SPW activity schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances to support timely corrective actions for SPW operations.
• Support implementation of SPW-specific quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all phases of self-perform work.
• Prepare and maintain detailed SPW project documentation, including daily SPW crew reports, time and material logs, equipment usage records, and field change documentation.
• Identify opportunities for incremental improvements in SPW processes and contribute to the development of leading practices with guidance.
