Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, monitoring labor productivity, maintaining field logs and records, and contributing to continuous improvement of SPW processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Self-Perform Work (SPW) practices and standards.
• Ability to coordinate with SPW crews, project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience documenting field activity, tracking progress, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Review contract drawings, specs, and submittals for SPW scope.
• Coordinate with SPW managers and crews to resolve technical questions.
• Monitor SPW schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, report variances.
