Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work (SPW) support role to enhance the delivery of complex construction projects. You will collaborate with SPW crews, project management teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure SPW scope requirements, schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

The position emphasizes monitoring productivity, tracking material usage, and identifying issues and solutions to maintain progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contract drawings, specifications, and submittals for SPW scopes, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project and crew requirements.
• Collaborate with SPW project managers, superintendents, and project teams to resolve standard technical questions related to self-perform scopes of work.
• Monitor SPW activity schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances for timely corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of SPW quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all phases of self-perform work.
• Prepare and maintain SPW project documentation, including daily crew reports, time and material logs, equipment usage records, and field change documentation.
• Identify opportunities for incremental improvements in SPW processes and contribute to leading practices.
• Actively participate in SPW coordination meetings and communicate progress and issues to SPW crews, project managers, and stakeholders.
