Job summary

This role focuses on integrating SPW scopes with overall project plans, schedules, and quality requirements, leveraging expertise in self-perform methods, equipment, and safety protocols.

You will monitor SPW progress, analyze labor and equipment utilization, and implement improvements with field teams. OSHA 30 readiness is required within six months of starting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex self-perform work scopes, ensuring adherence to design specs and SPW quality benchmarks.
• Coordinates with SPW PMs and workers to resolve technical challenges and maintain productivity.
• Reviews SPW drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders for alignment with goals and SPW strategies.
• Implements SPW project controls including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepares SPW progress reports and field logs for stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates SPW risks related to crew safety, equipment, and logistics.
