Job summary

TSMG Holding in Denver, CO is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi operations across North America.

No AV experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. The role requires a valid driver's license, 5 years of driving, a clean record, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to follow detailed procedures in dynamic urban and highway environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi operations.
• Supervise vehicle performance and traffic conditions, intervening as needed.
• Complete routes following local regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Report damage or maintenance concerns to depot/technical teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records and provide feedback to engineering teams.
