Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleets across North America. No prior AV experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to safely operate and intervene when necessary.

You will collaborate with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams to ensure safety and efficiency in autonomous ride-hailing deployments. The role emphasizes monitoring vehicle behavior, adhering to procedures, and reporting incidents

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV)
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial fleet operations.
• Supervise the self-driving system and maintain awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes in compliance with traffic laws and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
