Job summary

Atomic Storage Group is seeking reliable independent maintenance contractors and local service providers to upkeep self-storage facilities. Contractors will perform light maintenance, minor repairs, landscaping, and property cleanouts, managing their own schedules as 1099 independent workers.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property using common tools.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary and assist with delinquency lock processes.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning to maintain curb appeal.
• Conduct routine property evaluations and coordinate with vendors for timely service completion.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks when needed and communicate progress effectively.
• Work independently, maintain professional communications with company contacts, customers, and vendors.
