Job summary

Atomic-Storage-Group in Michigan is seeking a reliable independent contractor to maintain and care for one of our storage facilities. This is a 1099 engagement, not an employee role, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to manage your own workload while keeping the property in top condition.

You’ll perform light maintenance, handle basic repairs, prepare units for auctions when needed, coordinate with vendors, and oversee property appearance.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide own tools and a truck.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary and assist with delinquency lock processes.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning to maintain curb appeal.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee property appearance and upkeep.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks and communicate updates promptly.
• Work independently, manage schedule, and maintain professional communication.
