Atomic Storage Group is seeking reliable independent maintenance contractors to support upkeep of our self-storage facilities. You will handle light maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and property oversight on a 1099 basis, managing your own schedule and methods.

This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who can operate tools, coordinate with vendors, and maintain curb appeal across properties while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of property-related services.
• Monitor the overall appearance and condition of the property.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks when needed.
