Atomic Storage Group is seeking reliable independent maintenance contractors to support the upkeep of self-storage facilities. This Boots on the Ground program covers minor repairs, landscaping, unit cleanouts, and general property maintenance.

Contractors manage their own schedules and methods under a 1099 arrangement. You’ll provide your own tools, trucking, and transportation, while delivering timely service to meet property needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris for disposal.
