Job summary

Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable, self-directed independent contractor to help maintain one of our storage facilities. This 1099 engagement offers flexible scheduling and the ability to manage your own time while ensuring property needs are met with professionalism.

You will perform light maintenance, handle minor repairs, manage property appearance, coordinate with vendors, and support auction preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use tools such as drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris/items for disposal when necessary.
• Conduct routine property evaluations and coordinate with vendors for timely completion of services.
• Monitor appearance and condition of the property and communicate updates in a timely manner.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks when needed.
