Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) in Texas is seeking a Selections Analysis Coordinator to interpret homebuyer selections and ensure accurate billing while managing order details between builders, designers, and installers on site.

This on-site role requires meticulous data entry, blueprint reading, and strong Excel skills to support costing, procurement, and project documentation through the construction phase.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Multiple years of experience with data entry.
• Experience reading construction blueprints.
• RFMS experience.
• Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Flooring.
• Order processing

Responsibilities

• Interpret homebuyer selections for upcoming jobs and ensure accurate billing.
• Manage order details between builders, designers, and installers.
• Generate and format bids for potential new projects.
• Follow up for answers to work scope questions and verify documentation.
• Verify scope and documentation from estimating teams for accuracy of materials, labor, contracts, and billing totals.
• Craft clear work orders and communicate full scope to production teams.
