Job summary

Artisan Design Group, LLC (ADG) is seeking an Order Analyst to set up jobs per builder selections and order materials based on the PO. You will verify pricing, review POs for accuracy, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely material delivery.

The role is based in an office environment within a growing interior finishings company serving homebuilders nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and thrive in a detail-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs according to builder’s selections.
• Manage order entry of the materials for the job based on the PO.
• Manage order entry of the quantity based on measurement or customer PO.
• Verify the correct pricing on the PO.
• Review the PO for accuracy in regard to materials, quantity and pricing.
