Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel (Including Pivot tables, V Lookup, formulas)
• Multiple years of experience with data entry
• Multiple years of experience reading construction blueprints.
• RFMS experience
• Accounting experience
• Knowledge of Flooring
• Order processing

Responsibilities

• Interpret homebuyer selections for upcoming jobs and ensure accurate billing
• Manage order details between builders, designers, and installers
• Read blueprints to calculate materials for cabinets and flooring
• Gather and organize builder work specifications at account onset
• Create, modify and organize PDF files using Adobe Acrobat
• Compare POS pricing and NHMS calculations to identify variances and correct as needed
• Generate and format bids for new projects
• Follow up for scope questions and verify estimating documentation
• Craft clear work orders and communicate full scope to production teams
