Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe’s company, is seeking a Selections Analysis Coordinator who will interpret homebuyer selections for upcoming jobs, ensure accurate billing, and manage order details between builders, designers and installers on site.

This on-site, full-time role requires keen attention to detail, strong data-entry skills, blueprint reading, and advanced Excel. Proficiency with RFMS, NHMS, Salesforce and Measured Square is preferred to maintain project accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Multiple years of experience with data entry
• Multiple years of experience reading construction blueprints
• RFMS experience
• Accounting experience
• Knowledge of Flooring
• Order processing

Responsibilities

• Interpret homebuyer selections for upcoming jobs.
• Verify and format bids and communicate scope to production teams.
• Collaborate with builders, designers and installers to align on materials and billing.
• Compare POS pricing/quantities/totals to NHMS calculations and resolve variances.
• Prepare clear work orders and ensure full scope communication to production teams.
